Exercise is a celebration of what your body can do, not a punishment. Being a competitive athlete through high school, left me wondering what to do after regular competitive sports ended. I walked into a gym and haven’t looked back. Having to self manage my own aches and pains as a lifter and a runner motivates me to provide the best care to my active patients. My goal is to keep you moving through your injury, you won’t find a blanket RICE prescription with me.
How I Stay Moving:
Lift out of my garage 4-5 days per week, Run 1-2 days per week, active mobility and recovery daily.
