My focus is on empowering patients to take control of their condition, while decreasing dependency upon my care. I utilize movement assessments along with a standard ortho and neuro examination. Ergonomics and daily activities are always addressed. Treatment is always individualized and may include: ART, MDT, SFMA, DNS, neurodynamic techniques, or varying manipulation techniques. I am the current vice chair of the Minnesota Chiropractic Association Sports Council and am a member of the American Chiropractic Association Sports Council. I’ve done sideline work and have worked in multiple capacities (soft-tissue and joint care, first aid, medical tent/emergency care) for many types of sporting events. I am a member of the International Society of Clinical Rehab Specialists.
How I Stay Moving:
Kettlebell training 5 days per week, 4 hours of basketball per week, powerlifting 3 times per week. Because I like variety and having an understanding of all things sports, I have completed 12 road marathons and 1 trail marathon.
