As a former collegiate runner, I can relate to athletes. I know the frustrations of injuries and what it’s like to be sidelined because something hurts. I see tremendous value, both physically and psychologically, in movement, so my goal is to keep people moving. Although each treatment is tailored to the individual, the process follows a few basic principles.
1. Determine painful and dysfunctional movement patterns. 2. Reduce pain with gentle adjustments, dry needling, laser, soft tissue work, education, and avoidance of certain movements. 3. Train proper movements.
