We are a small out of network practice focusing on the athletes of many sports, CrossFit, Bodybuilding, Endurance training and anyone wanting to improve their performance in and out of the gym. Our focus is on preventative care to address movement faults before they become injuries. We use computerized, wireless movement analysis to look at running mechanics and impact forces by DorsaVi. This technology also allows us to also look at injury risk in lower quarter athlete to reduce risk of non-contact injuries in sports.
Our treatment approach is all hands on with manual/manipulative therapies and Intramuscular Manual Therapies (Triggerpoint Dry Needling) to address soft tissue restrictions with exercise guidance to progress the client’s performance with their training.
How I Stay Moving:
Crossfit 2-3 times a week mixed with weight training 2 times per week.
