Hi. I’m Jen. I am a yoga teacher and Level 1 Crossfit trainer based in Seattle. I am a huge body nerd and movement geek. My journey as a yoga teacher began in 2003. I have devoted the last thirteen years of my life to the study and practice of yoga. I am deeply influenced by the Iyengar and Ashtanga methods of yoga.
I started Crossfit in 2014 while teaching yoga at a Crossfit box in south Seattle. Crossfit gave me way more strength and motor control then I ever got doing just yoga. I did my Crossfit Level 1 training in January 2016 and started coaching in August 2016.
My mission as a teacher and coach is to help people gain strength and mobility given their own body’s needs. Every body is unique. It’s my goal to help athletes understand this and work toward developing the optimal balance of strength and flexibility to attain performance goals and feel better in their bodies.
