My background includes over 12 years of experience in fitness and performance, with an educational background in exercise science (Slippery Rock University – BS, California University of Pennsylvania – MS). I have certifications in Strength and Conditioning (CSCS), Performance Enhancement (PES), and Olympic Weightlifting (USAW). I have also done the FMS level 1 and 2 in addition to attending conferences and other continuing education to improve my skills and knowledge. Lastly, I have a strong passion to help clients achieve their goals through assessment and testing, goal setting, and challenging workouts geared towards their specific fitness or performance needs.
How I Stay Moving:
I perform movement work daily (soft tissue, mobility, discovery), weight training (varied depending on phase of training) 3-5 times per week, metabolic conditioning 1-3 times per week, and play recreational hockey as well.
