I am a physical therapist and orthopedic certified specialist working with patients of all kinds in clinic with specialty interests in sports, gymnastics, runners, and strength and conditioning. In clinic, you will be seen one on one with myself getting the attention you deserve to get you back to what you care about most. My background in strength and conditioning provides a unique perspective within physical therapy to provide care beyond typical physical therapy programs by making sure you continue to get better after an injury or to get past limitations in performance
My hometown is Winona, MN. I graduated from St. John’s University (MN) then moved forward to receive my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Creighton University. I completed a residency in orthopedic physical therapy providing various experience in clinic, education, and research. In 2016, I moved to the Minneapolis South Metro and have enjoyed working in this great environment.
How I Stay Moving:
I keep moving by resistance training and running. I’ve been learning gymnastics skills lately for extra fun.
