We started out as a CrossFit gym back in 2010, and have evolved into a high-end health & fitness program that promotes quality of life, for the rest of your life. We focus on quality movement patterns, building a strong foundation, and gradually building upon that with exceptional programming and coaching, both in small groups and private sessions. We make health and fitness a lifestyle by educating, empowering, and guiding each individual through all stages of life. We train all walks of life, and properly scale and modify for each individual to ensure safety, efficacy, efficiency, as well as challenge and engagement. Not only do we train the body, but we also train the mind, and help with nutrition, recovery, rehabilitation, and prevention. We are also huge advocates for continuing education, growth, and progress. We continue our own personal and professional development daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly through positive habits, mindfulness, trainings & seminars, books, research, collaboration, and hard work. Health and fitness is not a “one size fits all,” and we work with every single client to meet specific needs and goals, and tailor every aspect of training and fueling for optimal performance and results. We train for life, and make you the best version of yourself possible!
How I Stay Moving:
I train competitively for CrossFit 5 to 6 days a week, 2 to 4 hours a day.
I also enjoy playing and being outdoors – Volleyball, triathlons, swimming, road bike, mountain bike, rock climb, skiing, long distance running, and trying new things!
