I am a CrossFit L2 trainer with over 10 years training experience. Having been born with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrom (EDS), I have a passion for helping clients with unusual situations find what will work for their bodies and guiding them to success.
In my struggle with EDS, I have had numerous orthopedic procedures and difficulty with my own body which has given me a true passion to fight for not only my own fitness, but my client’s as well. I’m a believer in working through an injury or setback, rather than stopping.
I been married for 21 years and have five children (four sons, one daughter), most of whom still live at home. You might say meal planning and time management are some of my strengths, which I like to teach to my clients.
My professional degrees are in Chemistry and Physics, and my certifications include Crossfit Level 2, numerous other specialty qualifications as well as Post Rehabilitative Exercise.
How I Stay Moving:
I enjoy strength or CrossFit sessions 5x per week, Yoga, walking, and dance.
