Linnea has been a physical therapist since 1983. She worked as a staff and lead physical therapist at Providence St. Peter Hospital, started the PT Clinic at the Memorial Clinic, and has been in private practice for 14 years. She received her Orthopedic Board Certification through the American Physical Therapy Association in June of 2011 and received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in August 2015. She graduated Magne Cum Laude with her Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Washington, and later received her Master’s of Public Adminstration from The Evergreen State College in 1995. Linnea loves to get to the bottom of why people have muscle and joint pain. She critically evaluates each patient’s pain problem and prescribes custom exercises to fit the exact issue. She especially likes to treat neck and shoulder pain, back pain and knee/foot problems using this approach. She also treats many pelvic floor patients for pain, and incontinence. She enjoys being with family and friends, being in and around water and travel. She has been in Washington State most of her life and looks forward to our beautiful summers.
