Matt McGarvey grew up in Southern California and believes this is the perfect place for the growth of the health and wellness revolution. He attended University of California, San Diego where he earned his Bachelor’s in Human Biology which propelled him to Midwestern University in Arizona where he earned his Master’s in Medical Science as a Physician Assistant. Through an integrative and collaborative approach to medicine focusing on improved sleep, stress reduction, frequent physical activity, and a personalized nutritional approach, Matt believes we can empower patients to live an optimized life. As an avid strength athlete and self-proclaimed chef, Matt “practices what he preaches” and serves as an example to all of his patients.
How I Stay Moving:
4 days of conjugate style powerlifting with crossfit and bodybuildings elements implemented for balanced strength and recovery coupled with one session of gymnastics work and vinyasa yoga for overall well-balanced approach to my body.
