I have been a practicing physiotherapist since 2007 graduating from D’Youville College in Buffalo, New York with a Master’s of Physical Therapy (MPT). I have worked in a variety of clinical settings, including hospitals and private clinics, gaining extensive experience in inpatient and acute rehabilitation, athletic care, neurological and vestibular rehabilitation (including vertigo), and outpatient orthopaedics where I have worked in for the past eight years.
I am a strong believer in actively engaging patients through education and movement by providing simple, honest advice to empower and encourage individuals to return to an active lifestyle.
I have continued my professional education through a variety of courses including myofascial release techniques; Acupuncture and Trigger Point Dry Needling; Cervical, Thoracic, Lumbar and Sacroiliac joint manipulations and Functional Stability Training.
