I’ve been a PT x over 16 yrs and run a successful and growing cash based PT practice x past 6 yrs which is basically a hybrid of PT clinic and personal training using TRX, Pilates and Kettlebells. A typical treatment session at our practice is an hour long and begins with ART, soft tissue/joint mobilization to the affected area (and other related areas) which opens a window for where the real “magic” happens: retraining muscles and movement patterns with specific prescribed exercises. We pride ourselves on looking at the whole picture of how a client is moving- addressing the root cause of symptoms instead of just chasing pain.
