Wes Pomarensky

balancing movement and strength for any condition Wellness Institute

I live in Winnipeg, Canada and looking to work with anyone who wants to become a better person.

I hold a 4yr Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and am a Certified Exercise Physiologist with 5 years experience in the exercise field, specializing in chronic disease conditions and in work injury management programs, but have worked with adults and kids from all walks of life.

I strive to be the best I can be, because when you pay someone to look after your health and wellness you deserve the best you can get. That’s why I am constantly refreshing my professional development, aligning myself with the best organizations and achieving internationally-renowned certifications to provide the best possible care I can to my students.

I am certified level 2 in my FMS, in 2017 plan to become StrongFirst certified level 1, and have taken courses through DNS (exercise 1) and Stuart McGill’s level 1 back seminars. I believe that by becoming a more efficient mover and increasing base level strength, many of our goals can be achieved.

How I Stay Moving:

Movement and Strength practice
Brazilian Jiu-jitsu
Baseball
