My goal is get you back to the activities you love to do. I focus on finding the root of the problem and addressing the root cause rather than just treating the symptoms of the problem.
Techniques I use include dry needling, IASTM, cupping, taping, and muscle energy techniques, just to name a few. I see one patient at a time, which allows me to give my full attention to getting patients better, faster.
How I Stay Moving:
CrossFit 5-6 days per week. Hiking and running when I have time.
